We are looking for an exceptional Performance Analyst to join our Performance & Data team. This role sits at the intersection of product performance, customer success, and data-driven innovation - turning complex data into actionable insights that shape how our products deliver value in the real world.

You will play a key role in investigating product and customer performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating closely with Product, R&D, and Customer Engagement teams to ensure our systems perform optimally at scale.

This is a senior individual contributor role - ideal for someone who thrives on technical depth, complex problem-solving, and influencing strategy through insight and execution.

• Conduct investigations into product performance, system behavior, and customer usage patterns to uncover root causes and drive measurable improvements.
• Analyze large-scale operational and customer data to extract insights that guide product design, algorithm optimization, and operational excellence.
• Work closely with Product and R&D teams to translate insights into actionable product changes and prioritization decisions.
• Partner with Customer Engagement and Operations to quantify product value and identify levers for improved performance and adoption.
• Serve as a key contributor to the continuous improvement loop between development, deployment, and real-world performance.Communicate findings and
• recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - from engineers to executives.

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, AI operations, or product performance roles, ideally within a complex technology or AI-driven environment.
• Proven ability to translate technical data into actionable business or product recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset - skilled at structuring ambiguous problems and validating hypotheses with data.
• Hands-on experience with data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, BI platforms) and familiarity with data pipelines and AI/ML operational environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence through insight rather than authority.
• A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and drive to improve how AI products perform for real customers.
