Description
CTERA is seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to own and elevate our Marketing Operations function. In this role, you’ll take charge of the systems, processes, and analytics that power our marketing engine. You’ll combine strategic thinking with technical know-how to build scalable programs, optimize performance, and align marketing with revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
- Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot and Pardot
- A strong analytical mindset with experience building reports and dashboards that drive business insights
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools that enhance marketing automation, targeting, and reporting
- A builder mentality, someone comfortable designing and improving systems, processes, and infrastructure from the ground up
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize our marketing tech stack — including HubSpot and Pardot — ensuring seamless integration with sales and marketing workflows
- Drive innovation by identifying and adopting new tools and AI technologies that improve automation, personalization, and performance
- Build and maintain the workflows and processes that enable our campaigns, lead management, and reporting frameworks
- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analytics that measure effectiveness and guide decision-making
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align sales operations, improve efficiency, and accelerate growth
